My stay at this hotel was really disappointing overall. The rooms were in poor condition, outdated, and not very clean. The staff seemed indifferent to the complaints we raised, and the amenities were lacking. Although I appreciated the beautiful beachfront location and lovely views, the resort fees and additional charges were frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Our stay at the Hyatt Regency was absolutely wonderful! The ocean view from our room was breathtaking, and the pools were fantastic for both fun and tranquility. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, which made our time there even more enjoyable. The only small downside was that the main pool area tended to get a little crowded, but there was an additional pool area that was quieter and more relaxing.
