Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa Lahaina, Lahaina

My stay at this hotel was really disappointing overall. The rooms were in poor condition, outdated, and not very clean. The staff seemed indifferent to the complaints we raised, and the amenities were lacking. Although I appreciated the beautiful beachfront location and lovely views, the resort fees and additional charges were frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Our family had an unforgettable stay at the Hyatt Regency Maui, where stunning ocean views and kid-friendly amenities made our vacation truly special. The spacious rooms were comfortable, but they felt a bit worn. While the dining options were good, they could benefit from a bit more variety. The staff went out of their way to ensure we were well taken care of, but the luau experience had some room for improvement. Overall, it was a fantastic family-oriented resort with a laid-back Hawaiian vibe.

I had a lovely time at the hotel with spacious rooms and a friendly atmosphere. The beach access was great for our family, and the children particularly enjoyed the pool area with its slides. However, I did find the dining options quite expensive, and the rooms could really use some updates. Overall, it was a nice vacation but not without its drawbacks.
